For the comfort and privacy of our guests, The Wax Coast is now a reservation only facility.  We cannot accommodate walk-ins.  Reservations can be booked online or you can book in person after your treatment.

If it’s your first time, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in and update any new contact information. 

Please note that we only allow 1 guest in the treatment room at a time-unless there is a medical need.  

Because this is a small salon, we are often fully booked.  Be prepared to book your next (or next 2) reservations before you leave to ensure you get the time that works best for you.

CANCELLATION, LATE & NO-SHOW POLICY

We do ask that you leave a credit card on file to hold your appointment, as we are reserving the time especially for you with one of our professionals.  In the event that you have to cancel, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice.  A same-day cancellation or no show will result in a $25 charge or 100% of the service charge (whichever is greater).  If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment time it will be considered a no-show.

CHILDREN ATTENDANCE POLICY

To ensure the best experience for our guests and for everyone’s safety, we ask that you make child care arrangements before your reservation. The Wax Coast is a spa environment and is not set up, nor is responsible for children inside the treatment rooms or left out in the lobby unsupervised.  Children under the age of 12 are against policy.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent to receive any of our services.

TOUCH UP POLICY

It is so important to us that all guests leave happy with their results.  We try our very best to remove all unwanted hair, but it is up to you, the customer to make sure that it has all been removed thoroughly before leaving the treatment room.  We do not allow touch ups after you have left the studio.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.  Absolutely no refunds.
